Summer has officially ended and now its time to get back into the swing of things. I've been slacking on going to the gym and honestly hasn't really had the energy to go out anymore. The new semester has picked up so now its time to start eating back healthy and making sure the gym becomes an necessity. All the energy is needed for classes and doing the work here at SCSU.
Now that the semester has started as emphasized earlier in the post. The main thing that is important is making sure that you have a goal. Last semester for me and i know i'm not the only one was a slide by semester, Which means I really didn't put forth what i could deliver. This year however will be different in health and education.
